Shenzhen Matatalab Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") fully understands the importance
of personal information to you (the contents covered by "personal information" or "personal sensitive
information" in this policy are based on GB/T 35273 "Personal Information Security Specification"), and

（一）个人信息：指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或与其他信息结合，识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的信息。
(1) Personal information: refers to information recorded electronically or by other
means that can, alone or in combination with other information, identify the identity of a specific natural
person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.

指一旦泄露或者非法使用,可能导致个人受到歧视或者人身、财产安全受到严重危害的个人信息,包括身份证件号码、个人生物识别信息、银行账户、通信记录和内容、财产信息、征信信息、行踪轨迹、住宿信息、健康生理信息、交易信息、14
岁以下（含）儿童的个人信息等。
(2) Personal sensitive information: refers to personal information that, once
leaked or illegally used, may lead to discrimination against the individual or severe harm to the personal
or property safety of the individual, including ID card numbers, personal biometric information, bank
accounts, communication records and content, property information, credit information, location tracks,
accommodation information, health information, transaction information, and the personal information of
children under the age of 14 (inclusive), etc.

To use the "Matatalab" learning platform, you need to first become a registered user of "Matatalab" so that
we can provide you with programming teaching services. You need to provide the phone number used for
registering and logging in to Matatalab. You may also choose whether to fill in basic information such as your

玛塔创想将基于您对“玛塔创想”使用数据，结合个人常用设备信息进行统计，来诊断系统问题，优化产品体验。我们会使用工具（含第三方工具）统计您在使用玛塔创想产品过程中产生的数据信息，其中包含应用启动数，页面访问数，重点按钮点击数，设置项的配置属性。随着玛塔创想产品的后续版本升级，我们统计的范围会有所改变，您下载/安装/使用玛塔创想后续版本产品的行为将被视为您对届时相关改变的同意。
Matatalab will compile statistics based on your usage data of "Matatalab" combined with your commonly used
device information, in order to diagnose system problems and optimize the product experience. We will use
tools (including third-party tools) to collect statistics on the data generated during your use of
Matatalab products, including the number of app launches, page visits, clicks on key buttons, and
configuration attributes of settings. As subsequent versions of Matatalab products are upgraded, the scope of
our statistics may change, and your downloading/installing/using of subsequent versions of Matatalab products
will be deemed as your consent to the relevant changes at that time.

courses on Matatalab, including videos, quizzes, programming, and interactive teaching by teachers. During
course learning, we need to obtain your microphone and camera permissions, and teachers may also use the
gender and nickname you filled in under your personal information to interact with you.
社区互动：您可以选择在玛塔创想上传自己的作品，在社区内会有老师及其他用户对作品进行点赞及评论，为实现评论功能及发布作品，我们需要获取您的麦克风、完善个人信息，如头像、性别、生日、昵称等，以方便我们推荐适合学员相机权限。
Community interaction: you may choose to upload your own works on
Matatalab, where teachers and other users can like and comment on the works. To enable the comment function and
the publishing of works, we need to obtain your microphone permission and have you complete your personal
information, such as avatar, gender, birthday, nickname, etc., as well as your camera permission, so that we
can recommend suitable content for learners.
邮寄课程礼包：您购买的其他阶段的编程产品，您需要提供收件人的姓名，电话，通信地址，以便于课程礼包可以安全准确送达。
Mailing course gift packages: for programming products of other stages

anonymized data separately from information that can be used to re-identify an individual, and ensure that the
individual will not be re-identified in subsequent personal information processing. On the premise of not

若我们对于您的个人信息用于除政策列明之外的目的、范围或与使用于数据收集不一致的传输方式时，我们将会通知您并取得您的同意。

This policy applies to all services of Matatalab. However, certain services have their own specific privacy

本用户协议及您与玛塔创想的关系适用于中华人民共和国大陆地区法律，但不包括其冲突法规范。您和玛塔创想同意服从玛塔创想所在地法院的司法管辖。
This user agreement and your relationship with Matatalab are governed by the laws of the mainland region of
the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict of laws rules. You and Matatalab agree to submit to the
judicial jurisdiction of the court where Matatalab is located.
