Charging Failure
Solutions:
- Replace the connection cable and power adapter. Please do not connect the computer for charging;
- Check whether the system indicator light is red during charging. When fully charged, the light shall turn green;
- If it does not work, please return the machine to the manufacturer for repair.
Short Battery Duration
Solutions:
- Charge fully until the light turns green;
- The controller may continue to consume power due to a failed shutdown. If the controller has an unreasonably short battery life, you can upgrade the new version through MatataCode;
- If it is still unresolved, please return it to the original manufacturer for repair.
